   We do our best to accurately show our products, but keep in mind colors may look different depending on your screen. All products are handmade or embroidered in small batches, small variations are part of the charm!
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
   Most of our items are made just for you. Please double-check your order details before submitting, as personalized orders are final sale and cannot be changed after 4 hours from placing your order.
3. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change at any time. Payment is due at checkout, and we accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through Shopify.
4. Shipping & Delivery
   We ship through trusted carriers like Canada Post. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for customs delays or import taxes. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
